Having access to your reports is an essential part of keeping on top of your numbers in QuickBooks Online. I haven't gotten any other notice of issues with accessing reports, but don't worry, I'm here to help.

 

Having more insight into what's happening when you're trying to access your reports might help shed light on this situation, but I've got a collection of troubleshooting steps you can try to get started. These steps troubleshoot the cache, browser, application, or Internet to make sure those aren't causing problems with QuickBooks Online's cloud.

Often, these kinds of steps help get you back to business pretty quickly. When they don't, our support team can take it from there. There are a few ways to get in touch with QuickBooks Online support to work with someone who can help you with this.

 

Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
