Audit trail for non transactional items?

Is there a way to run a report similar to the audit trail, but for non transactional info? I need to find out who changed a customer's projected end date. The audit trail report seems to only include transactional info.

Thanks for reaching out with your question here in the QuickBooks Community. QuickBooks Desktop is a powerful program that allows for customization in reports. I can explain what options you have.

Once you find the report you're looking for, this article will walk you through the steps to customize the information to fit your needs: Customize Reports in QuickBooks Desktop. In the Filter tab of the Audit Trail report, there is an option to select User edit? This may be the option you were looking for.
