Can I add multiple expenses with different dates in one go? For example I have 10 years worth of statements to enter. For bank fees, I dont want to have to enter each one

Is there a way to enter them all at once? They are the same every month, but would rather not have to go back and individually add 10 years worth of them in.

Thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community! QuickBooks Online is a great tool to have, it helps keep your books balanced. It's important that all your transactions are being recoded into QuickBooks in order to maintain clean books. I can provide some information on creating expenses.

 

Currently, there isn't the option to create multiple expenses at once in QuickBooks Online, but you can manually upload your bank transactions buy following the steps in this article. I can see this would be a great feature that you'd benefit from. I recommend leaving feedback by navigating to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. Our developers view these comments and consider them as they create new feature for QuickBooks.
