If you're trying to modify the journal entry created in your QBO account, you can follow these steps:

1. Locate the journal entry recorded.
   1. Click on Reports at the left pane, then open the Journal report.
   2. Filter the Transaction Type to Journal Entry.
   3. Find the entry you want to change.

3. Make the changes from there.
4. Once done, hit Save or Save and Close.

If you're referring to your other transaction, do the same steps by opening the said entry. Then, update the details you want to change.
