Can I change headings like "Balance Sheet" to Statement of Financial Position so that it stays that way?

Glad to hear from you again! I'd be happy to show you how to change the heading on your Balance Sheet in QB Online.

You'll need to open the balance sheet by clicking Reports on the left menu and looking for Balance Sheet. Once you've opened the balance sheet, hover over the your company name and a pencil icon should appear. As soon as you see the pencil icon, click on it to edit the details. I've attached a screenshot below for visual reference:
