Hey arora-meenud6,

QuickBooks Online really excels as a way to keep accurate records of your various financial accounts. The online bank feeds unlock tremendous time savings by handling most of the data entry. This comes with the added bonus of downloading PDF copies of your statements from supported institutions for easier reconciliations. While official files for your statements should be obtained from your card provider, QuickBooks Online has a few options to help. I'll be happy to guide you through those.

If you're looking to import an Excel file, you simply need to save it as a CSV. Check out this great article for more info: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files

To export a list of your transactions to Excel format, just follow a few easy steps:

  1. Head to your Accounting tab and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find your VISA account, then select Run report from the ACTION dropdown menu.
  3. Filter to your desired Report period, then select the Export icon in the top-right corner of the report.

Let me know how this goes! With these steps, I'm confident you'll be all set getting this file.
