Can i export the audit log to excel

Exporting the audit log out of QuickBooks Online is a great way to always have a copy of who did what in your company file. I'd be happy to go over how to get your audit log out of QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online allows you to export a lot of information and reports to excel. However, exporting the audit log is not one of the reports you can export. If you wish to have a physical copy of your audit log you can print it out as a PDF by following these steps: In the Audit log click the printer icon above the History column> Select the PDF printer option in the printer drop down> Select Print.

This will save a copy of the audit log to your computer in PDF format. If exporting the audit log to Excel is a feature you wish to have I recommend reaching out to our development team by following these steps:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once they receive your feedback they'll look into ways to possibly add this in future updates.
