Can I get a rolling 12 month P&L report with QB?

Thanks for reaching out in the Community. I'll be happy to assist with sharing more info on the Profit and Loss in QBO. 

As you know, the Profit and Loss Statement provides a summary of your revenue minus expenses for a specific period of time, such as a month, a quarter, or a year. It tells you your bottom line net profit or net loss. To run this report, click Reports from the left navigation menu > search for Profit and Loss in the Search bar. Once you have the report pulled up, make sure to filter the report period for 12 months. I'll attach a screenshot below for reference:
