Can i match multiple bank transactions to one bank deposit? instead of adding daily merchant account transactions, i would like to do them monthly using the statement.

QuickBooks provides the option to combine transactions so they match your bank deposit.  Since financial institutions usually record everything as a single record with one total, they won't match the way they've been entered into QuickBooks, if you've recorded them as individual transactions.  In this situation, you'll enter the transactions to your Undeposited Funds account and then use the Bank Deposit to combine them into a single record.  Here's a helpful guide to assist with recording and making bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.  In addition, here's how to categorize and match transactions.
