Can I post a journal entry in the QuickBooks app on my iPad?

Hi karin,

 

Thank you for dropping by here in the Community space. I can clarify things about the features available in our QuickBooks Online app. 

 

The ability to enter journal entries using the QuickBooks mobile app is unavailable. As a workaround, log into your account using your iPad's web browser.

 

We have a list of supported web browsers for mobile devices. Here's the link: Compare mobile app features.

Also, we have a chart that contains a list of the features supported on each device. I've attached an article you can visit to view the breakdown of the features for iPhone, iPad, Android Phones, and Android tablets (the article is for the US but also applicable to CA): System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
