Can i remove an invoice that has a zero balance showing from the aging summary report

Hi there,

 

Welcome to the Community. It's great you're taking advantage of the Reports feature to get a clear view of how your business is doing. 

 

In order to remove the invoice from the Aging Summary Report you'll have to delete the invoice itself. Before doing this, I recommend consulting your accountant. Otherwise, here's how to delete an invoice: 

 

 

1. Click the Sales tab on the left menu.

2. Select Invoices.

3. Locate your invoice from the list.

4. Click More at the bottom of the page.

5. Select Delete

 

Once you've deleted the invoice, you won't be seeing it on the Aging Summary Report. Let me know if this helps. I'll be one message away in case you need further assistance.
