Can I remove the signature line from Payment Reports sent out to Suppliers? It is confusing as I do not require a signature on payments sent electronically?

Here's how to remove the signature line:

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the invoice or sales receipt template you're using and click Edit.
  3. From the Content tab, select the footer section (lowest part) of the preview. 
  4. In the Message to customer on or Add payment details and footer field, delete the message or the signature line.
  5. Click Done to save.
