Can I run a saved report from my mobile app? I need to send my monthly invoice totals to my franchiser but my computer is down.

It's never a good thing when your computer lets you down, don't worry, I've got your back. The best part of QuickBooks Online is getting the same file regardless of the device you access your account. The mobile app does have different capabilities than when you log into your account through an internet browser. Let me explain the options available to you for retrieving your totals.

With QuickBooks Online, you can access your account anywhere you have an internet connection. The mobile app is designed for simplicity and for entering transactions on the go. It gives you the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss as report options. Although you don't have your saved reports, you can get your income totals from the Profit and Loss report.

You can pull the Profit and Loss report by following these simple steps: 

1. Sign in to your mobile app.
2. Click the access menu (the three lines).
3. Select ALL.
4. Choose the Profit and Loss report.
5. Click on  Report.
6. You'll see the Total Income on the report.
