Can I see the US account in US dollars if my QuickBooks is in Canadian dollars?

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online Multicurrency is a valuable feature for recording transactions in foreign currency, so your books remain accurate.  I'd be happy to provide more information for you!

 

Once you turn on the multicurrency feature, new fields will appear on some areas of your books.  You'll notice a Currency column on the Chart of Accounts, that identifies each account's currency and account balances will show in their assigned currency.  However, QuickBooks uses your home currency for financial reports, that include exchange gains or losses based on rate changes.  In addition, currency appears in the headings of the Payment, Deposit, Sales Tax, and Balance Due columns on bank and credit card account histories.  To learn more about multicurrency in QuickBooks Online, click here.
