Can I sort invoices and estimates by amount from lowest to highest in a report- how do I do that?

Reviewing your invoices and estimates is an important step in staying in-tune with your business health. QuickBooks Online makes reviewing your transactions easy, providing a few really helpful reports regarding your sales transactions. I'll help explain the customization options for the Sales by Customer Detail report, which I think best fits your needs. 

To view this report, click the Reports tab on the left navigation menu, then search for Sales by Customer Detail in the search bar. While you're unable to sort the transactions from highest to lowest in terms of amounts, you can rearrange the columns to display the Amount column first. 

Here's how:
 

1. Click the Customize button on the upper right-hand side. 

2. Expand the Rows/Columns drop-down menu, and click the drag box next to Amount to drag it to the top of the list. 

3. Click Run report. 

I know this isn't exactly the outcome you were hoping for, but it may help in reviewing the amounts for your transactions. The transactions are currently sorted by date. I think having the option to sort by amount value is a great idea, and I'd be happy to pass along your feedback to the product development team for review.
