Can I tell if a journal entry is recurring?

If you go to the gear ⚙️ icon and look under Lists, you should see "Recurring Transactions" there.

Bear in mind, there are 3 types of these:
Scheduled - These automatically post on a schedule, ideal for fixed, unchanging entries, limited use I would say
Reminder - These simply pop up a reminder and allow you to tweak the entry or not post it at all, these are most common /flexible as you can change the details/amounts etc each time you post them
Unscheduled - These are basically templates you can use at will or ignore, the do not post or remind you to post them. Very handy for complex entries you want to use again from time to time.
