Can I use the sum of my personal transactions, which I won't be claiming as a business expense, as ONE journal entry. Asking for my personal CC being used for Business.

In order to know how you should be entering these transactions as a group, or if they should be entered individually, I recommend speaking to an accountant. Their expertise will be able to assist you in entering these transactions in your books so that all your account balances will be accurate. You can invite your accountant to your QuickBooks account by going to the My Accountant tab and then entering their contact information.
