2 different printers, save to PDF, Microsoft print to PDF. The same with all of them. This is new, there was no problem previously.

Hi treasurer231,

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to print your reconciliation report so you have it on hand when you meet with your accountant, or have issues with reconciling the following month.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you can complete your QuickBooks goals!

Based on the information you've provided and the steps you've already taken, I suggest also clearing cache on your browser to delete stored site data and enhance system performance.  If you get the same result, try another browser such as Safari, Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox.  In addition, run the report from Business overview by following these steps;

1. Go to Business overview and select Reports (Take me there).

2. Type Reconciliation Report in the Find report by name search bar

3. Select Reconciliation Reports

4. Select the Account for the report you want to view

5. From the Report period ▼ dropdown menu, choose the reconcile period

6. Select View Report

7. Click the Print icon in the upper right of the report

Should you continue to experience the same unexpected behavior, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can work with you directly and look further into this from our end.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
