I want to make sure I'm on the same page as you. I've attached a screenshot below, let me know if you're unable to follow the 3 steps I've highlighted. Feel free to send me a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end.

Hi Sophie,

You've come to the right place for help. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have.

QBOA makes it easy to view your client's apps. Once you're logged into your QBOA account, here's how you can view all the apps your clients have:

1. Click on Apps at the left navigation menu

2. Go to the Client apps tab

3. Here you can see all the apps your clients have

Here's a great resource with more info on clients apps. Let me know if this info helps. Otherwise, I'm here if you need me. :)

Following the steps outlined above allows me to view information about the app. My client has requested that I actually make changes to the settings in their linked app. How can I access the settings of the app and how the app is mapped to QBO accounts?

Hi BenTheAccountingGuys.

Being able to change the settings and mapping of your third party app is a great way to have only the information you need to be moved over. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction to make these changes.

With QuickBooks Online syncing your third party apps is a breeze so you can focus on other parts of your company. In order to change the settings and mapping of your third party app I recommend contacting the company that created it. You can usually find the contact information in the app itself or at the very least the company that is providing it.

If you have any questions let us know and we'd be happy to help!

Thank you for the quick response. Although, in my client profile, on the left side, there is no APP options for me to click on (in my practice I'm able to click on app) but not in my client's profile.

I thought maybe I needed to change something in accounts & settings but I don't see it.
Does my client need to give me access to the app in their QBO?

Thank you! I thought the app link would be under client's profile!
