Can you add a feature that allows emails to be saved so it's easier to send periodic statements?

Its hard to have to retype everyone's email every time i need to send quarterly statements

Hi there abeingotreasurer,

 

It's vital that you be able to send all relevant information to your customers so they know their open balances. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you send invoices, estimates, and more to your clients all while having them entered into your books. I can provide some information about customers. 

 

When creating customers, you can add a default email address that will populate automatically when sending transactions to this customer. You can add this information by going to the Sales tab, then the Customers section. Click on the name of a customer, then Edit. You can add the email of the customer here to have it be the default email for this client of yours.
