Question

Can you advise how to get the payroll reports to appear? All other reports work with the exception of any reports that are under payroll.

QuickBooks Online offers an extensive list of reports you can generate to obtain important information about your business. Being able to access every report included in your plan and payroll version is essential. I'll be happy to help you with this.

 

A good starting point would be to ensure there are no bugs in the software due to a browser issue. To ensure your app or browser is running the program properly, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

 

Another step you can take to eliminate any probability of a browser issue is to navigate in a private browser or use a different browser compatible with QuickBooks Online: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed
