Can you attach a pdf to a customer statement? I can't find where to enable this.

sending a customer transaction statement to customers and the system just sends a summer an the email body. How do you attach a pdf?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online is a great tool that helps manage your business. I would be happy to provide some information.

 

At this time, the option to add an attachment to a customer statement isn't available in QuickBooks. Here is an article that shows you a list of transactions that support attachments. I can see how being able to attach PDF to customers statements would be beneficial for you. I encourage you to leave feedback by heading to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
