Can you please let me know how to run a "Sales by Customer Detail" or "Sales by Product/Service Detail" report that includes the customers' Business Number

The Customer Business Number details are recorded under Additional Info but there does not seem to be an option to add this field to a custom report

Hi there, James.

 

At this time, running the Sales by Customer Details or the Sales by Product/Service Detail report with the customer's business number added isn't possible. The good news is, you can export these reports to Excel, then add the business number details from there manually.

 

To export the report:

 

  1. Click on the Export icon between Print and Settings.
  2. Select either Export to Excel or Export to PDF.

 

Once done, open the exported report, then add the customer's business number.
