Cannot run reports in Advanced certification exam. There is no redesigned reports option to turn off as instructed in the notes. What did they do to fix it ?

Based on what you've described, I see you're not getting the redesigned reports option. To troubleshoot this, I recommend enabling the pop up feature  on your browser. • Enable pop-ups for Mozilla Firefox
• Change security and privacy settings for Internet Explorer 1(Scroll down to the Pop-up Blocker section).
