Chat delete transcations and make some account active to delete

Good morning info-saludwellne,

I hope you're having a great weekend so far! It almost sounds like you are trying to bring back in inactive Chat Of Account to clean out the transactions in that account. I'd love to help you out with some steps you can try:

1. Select Accounting- Chart Of Accounts
2. Select your mini Gear directly above the Action column
3. Check off the box to show inactive accounts, then click anywhere outside that area to remove the pop-up list
4.Back in the Chart Of Accounts, you should now see the account and we want to make it active from the actions column in order to clean any transaction out from this account
5. Once your done with the tidy, you can make the account inactive again, then select your mini gear above the action column to remove the accounts from your Chart Of Accounts

At this time we cannot delete an account but we can certainly make it inactive and remove seeing it from the Chart Of Accounts.
