Hello,

We manage multiple QBO accounts as a firm and want to know how to do the grouping and statements formatting across different clients instead of doing it manually for each client

Is it possible in QBOA?

Hello Harish,

Thanks for contacting us here. It's great to learn you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant to manage your groupings and statements. Rest assured, I'll be happy to point you in the right direction so you can get back to doing what you love.

The ability to manage the groupings and statements for multiple clients is unavailable. You'll have to manually manage each of your clients in order to achieve your goals. I recommend sending our product developers feedback about this feature as I can see the benefit of having it available on your end. In order to send feedback, click on the Gear icon and look for Feedback.

In the meantime, feel free to check out this helpful article with more info about: Using WorkPapers Groupings & statements. You're more than welcome to ask additional questions in the comments below. Otherwise, I wish you a great rest of the week.
