Hi

 

How do I create a report of the LT Liability Account - Shareholder Loans ? I need to run a report showing all activity in a given time period.

Hey there curtiswbarber,
 

Thank you for reaching out to us here! QuickBooks Online is a great tool to use in order to keep your books balanced.
It's important to be able to find the right reports in QuickBooks Online. I can provide a few steps for you.
 

In order to generate a report for a specific account, navigate to the Accounting tab > click on Chart of accounts > type in the account you want to run a report for > click on the small black drop-down arrow to the right of Account history and you will see Run report.
