Customer Balance Detail Report - How can I automate creating separate reports by each customer?

I would like to create a Customer Balance Detail Report for each separate customer. Is there a way to automatically run and save a separate report for each customer instead of having to filter the report manually for each customer and then saving down a pdf?

Welcome to Community!  Having the ability to run a balance sheet for individual customers can be done effortlessly.  One of the many great things about QuickBooks Online is that there's always an alternative for reaching your goals.  I'd be happy to show you how to save time on customizing reports, and get your customer balance details in a timely fashion.

 

Here's how to run a customer balance sheet:

 

1. From the left menu, select Sales

2. Click on the Customer name

3. Open the Transaction list tab

4. Hit the Export to Excel icon above the action column

That's it!
