Question

Customer credit card charges is not showing in my bank account and also not showing on customers credit card statement . charges was made on dec 22, and showed as paid

everything went through on quickbook and receipt was issued but no money was received , this is 30 days past now

QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to enable your customers to pay directly from the invoice they receive.  I recommend contacting our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  They will be able to look into your situation in more depth, and provide any steps necessary to ensure you receive your payments without further delay!
