Customize Detail to AP Aging Summary Report

Hi,

 

I was wondering if there was a way to export the data for AP Aging Summary.

I want to export the AP Aging Detailed Info Including The Sales Tax information.

The only way it to get the sales tax information seems is by clicking into it.

And that's gonna take a while....

 

Is there a way to customize the AP Aging Detailed Summary Report that includes the Sales Tax type

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online has a dynamic list of reports that you can customize to your specific needs.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

Although there isn't a  way to customize the A/P Aging Summary report to include the sales tax, here's how to to include the sales tax in your A/P Aging Detail report;

 

1. Open Reports from the left menu and then enter A/P Aging Detail in the search field

2. Select your Report period

3. Click on the small in the top right of the report

4. Open the Filter section

5. Checkmark the box for Outstanding Tax amount

6. Hit the Export icon and Export to Excel
