Customized Reports

A previous bookkeeper created custom reports in a client and I want to copy/use for all other clients - I'm hoping not to have to recreate all of them!

Hi there Crystal V,

 

It's important that all your transactions are entered correctly or your books are well-balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of your clients' expenses and sales so you can see their profitability. I can provide some information about reports.

 

When it comes to custom reports, there isn't the option to transfer them from one QuickBooks Online account to another. I can see that that would be a feature that you'd like to see to help you manage reports. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration by our developers when designing new features for QuickBooks Online.
