Question

Does anyone know why 2 accounts out of 4 are not linking (Can't find acct error)? They are all on the same bank statement and viewable when you login to online banking.

It's vital that all your transactions are correctly accounted for in your books so that the account balances match reality. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to import transactions from various banks in order to save you time with data entry. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with bank connections.

 

For help with issues connecting bank accounts, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team. They'll be able to verify your account with you in a secure setting in order to do a screen share with you to help you get those accounts connected, or they'll be able to notify our engineers if needed.
