Duplicate / Copy custom reports in QBO

Hi,

 

Is there a way to duplicate or copy custom reports in QBO? Let's say I have a template report I want to duplicate by customer, is there a way to achieve without having to rebuild the report from scratch everytime?

Hi pbsumpm,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the ability to create custom reports, so you can see what matters most.  I can see how beneficial it is, to be able to copy and save these for your records.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

When you open the Custom Report, you'll have these options;

  • Email
  • Print
  • Export to Excel or PDF

Although there currently isn't a way to create a copy, you can right click on the report and select 'Save as', to keep a copy on file, or use one of the methods mentioned above.  If you would like to see the option to copy the report, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to our Development Team.
