I cannot send forms usingoutook or yahoo,why?

QuickBooks Online provides the ability to email your customers a copy of their invoice directly, so you can ensure it's received in a timely fashion. However, there is a current issue with Outlook and Yahoo emails. For this reason, I suggest exporting the invoice as a PDF, by clicking on Print or Preview at the bottom of the invoice screen, then save the PDF version to your computer where it's easy to locate. Then, attach it to an email using your external email provider. However, you can Connect QuickBooks to your Gmail account, by following this link.
