Email function in QBO

I'm glad you've chosen QuickBooks Online to help run your business! QuickBooks has tons of great features and reports that make your bookkeeping a breeze, saving you time to do the things you love. I'd be happy to help you learn how to email your reports from QBO. 

At this time, you can send reports by email individually. Here's how: 

1. Click the Reports tab on the left menu.

2. Run the report that you'd like to email. 

3. Click the small Envelope icon at the top right of the page. 

4. Click Email.

5. Enter the email address and any other information. 

6. Click Send. 

While you're not able to send multiple reports to a single email address, you can email reports to multiple addresses at once. Here's more information about that: Email a sales form or report to multiple email addresses.
