Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with confidence.  It's important that your payroll journals are available without error.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

The error message you're getting indicates that a change has been made, whether something has been added or deleted on a transaction or item that's caused a de-sync issue between QuickBooks Online and Payroll.  Please review the Audit log by going to > Settings ⚙
 > Audit log, to determine which item was changed and make the necessary corrections.  Have a look at employees, suppliers and customer lists.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
