Generate Report of Vendors Eligible for T5018

I am trying to generate a report from the Vendors eligible for T5018, of just the eligible vendors and the total amounts for the calendar year.

I was able to create it last year and this year I cannot find a way to generate this report.

I am using Quickbooks Desktop.

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  QuickBooks Desktop provides the report you need, to review all transactions for your T5018 suppliers.  I would be glad to assist!

 

I recommend the T5018 Summary report.  This report provides a summary of each subcontractor's T5018 total, including GST/HST, and PST or QST, where applicable.

 

Follow these steps to get the report;

 

1. Open the Reports menu, choose Contractor Reports, then select T5018 Summary by Subcontractor

2. Review the dates of the report to ensure it covers the period you need

3. Examine the summary for each subcontractor

Note; If you want to see a Detail report showing the transactions for a subcontractor, double-click the total amount for them. If you want to see an individual transaction for a subcontractor, double-click it in the Detail report.

4. If you notice a transaction for a subcontractor is missing, add it before you completing your T5018 forms

5. Close the report.

Thank you for the quick response.

 

I have not been able to locate Contractor Reports or T5018 summary Reports in Quickbooks Desktop.

I have searched the Report center and cannot locate these reports??
