GL Report

I am trying to either email or print my GL for last years fiscal year.

 

It is displaying the full year but it will only print or email or save to pdf to a certain.

 

Help.  Any advice would be appreciated.

We can use QuickBooks Toolhub and run the Quick Fix My Program, which will quickly repair your program, @Pat116.

 

To download you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Close your QuickBooks.
  2. Download the recent version (1.6.0.5) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save it somewhere you can locate it.
  3. If you've installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be on the bottom.
  4. Kindly open the file you've downloaded. It is named QuickBooksToolHub.exe.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. Once done installing, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

 

 

Step 2: Run Quick Fix My Program

 

  1. In the QuickBooks Tools Hub, select Program Problems.
  2. Select Quick Fix My Program.
  3. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.

  

Once everything is functioning well, you can easily memorize the customized reports in QuickBooks. This allows you to save the same setting for future use, eliminating the need to customize the report again each time.
