Has anyone noticed that their reports are not emulating correctly in the print preview. Is there a fix for this?

Hi Neil,

Thanks for letting me know what's happening with your reports in the print-preview window. Knowing more about what's not displaying correctly in that window will help in this case, but I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try.

The first thing I'd like you to do is double-check that your Adobe is up-to-date. QuickBooks Online uses Adobe to show you transactions and reports in the print-preview windows, meaning if that's not updated, it could be causing things to display a bit oddly.

The next troubleshooting step I have for you is to clear your browser or app's cache. This ensures that there's nothing stopping the program from running and displaying properly, such as temporary Internet data. Learn the steps for clearing your cache here: How do I clear my cache and temporary Internet files? That article also has a helpful link to make sure you're using a supported and up-to-date browser, including why that's important for QuickBooks Online.

If those steps don't solve what you're seeing in the print-preview window for your reports, I recommend getting in touch with one of our support teams for further troubleshooting.
