Question

Hi, I am trying to generate the Trial Balance report for our FY2019 but the report is only showing part of the expenses and not the total covering the full 12 months.

When I click on the amount, the report for that expense withing the TB shows that it only covers from Jan.1st to end of year insterad of the full 12 months.

Hello House of Gog,

I appreciate you being a part of the QuickBooks family. It's vital you're able to generate a Trial Balance report for 2019 and see all the necessary info. QuickBooks offers a variety of tools and resources which help you stay on top of your work. I'd be happy to steer you towards the right path.

Based on the description you provided, I'd recommend checking the dates on your report and ensure that the ranges are covering the entire year of 2019. That could be one of the reasons to why you're not seeing all the dates. If this doesn't suffice, I suggest logging into your QuickBooks account using a private/incognito window and access the Trial Balance to see if it's showing the correct info. If it is, you'll just need to clear cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this cleans your browser and makes it more efficient and you run into less display issues. Learn more about this here: Clear Cache and Cookies.
