Hi I just tried to post a journal entry of our Visa Statement. It matched perfectly figure wise and it says my debits and credits are not in balance but they are?

Not to worry, I can explain what's going on. The QuickBooks Online engineering team is currently working on resolving an issue in our system that's causing journal entries to get an error saying they're not balanced, even when they are.
