Hello drbobclark,

I know that Payroll is a key part of many businesses and having access to the related reports makes tracking and reviewing those details that much easier. I want to make sure you're able to both access and print your Payroll Summary report in QuickBooks Online and I'm here to help.

When it comes to Payroll and accessing the reports you need, the first thing you'll want to ensure is that you have an active Payroll subscription. There are some reports and information you can see for Payroll after cancelling, but other reports, like the Payroll Summary report, is tied to having an active subscription. To resubscribe to Payroll, visit the Payroll tab and follow the prompts. Once you've done that, you should be able to see the reports again and print them. This article can help with running and printing reports if you'd like to verify the steps you're taking: Run reports in QuickBooks Online

If you have an active subscription and you're simply running into an error, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps. These help ensure there's nothing in your cache, browser, app, or Internet that might be causing you trouble with the QuickBooks Online.

After each step, return to QuickBooks and try running and printing the report again. If it doesn't work, move on to the next step.

Give that a shot and let me know how it goes!
