HI there was wondering if i cancel my account because im closing my buisness do i still have accesss to my last years reports and info?

Thanks for reaching out in the QuickBooks Community with your question. It's sad to hear that your closing your business. Hopefully, you're off to bigger and better things. I can explain the access you have after you cancel your account.

When you cancel your account you'll continue with regular access for 30 days from your last payment. For one year after you cancel you'll have read-only access. So, you'll be able to review your reports for the duration. After one year the account will be deleted from the server. If you have payroll on your account you'll need to export your information, as payroll is not accessible after cancellation.
