Question

How am I able to see the name of a report in a tab. Now it just shows "Company Name - Quick Report" even though the report has been customized with an individual name?

Hi marian1,

Thanks for reaching out! QuickBooks Online is designed with a variety of financial reports to provide accurate information about your business. You also have the flexibility to customize these reports to focus on aspects that matter the most to you. Being able to view reports' names helps you distinguish between them and select the proper one you need for your company. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

To make sure your report was customized correctly, I recommend going through this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online

When going to Reports > Reports > Standard tab or Custom reports tab, you should be able to see all your reports with their respective names. If you're not able to, it could be due to a browser issue. Temporary internet files that accumulate in your browser can sometimes cause bugs in the software. To ensure your app or browser is running the program as designed, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

In case the issue persists, please reach out to our tech support team for us to investigate this further.
