How can create a chart of Account for new business?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community!  It's great to here that you're in the process of setting up your Foster Care Agency.  Rest assured that when you subscribe to QuickBooks Online, your Chart of Accounts will be automatically created based on your company information.  As you navigate through the books, and turn on other features, accounts will be created by QuickBooks.  However, you can always add to your Chart of Accounts at any time, as you see necessary.
