How can I create a P&L report that would have YTD actual, YTD budget, variance ytd vs ytd budget & the full year budget amounts without having to use excel spreadsheet?

QuickBooks offers a versatile Reports module that helps you run reports with ease. I'd be happy to share more information on this so you can get back to doing what you love the most. 

 

The report you've described isn't available in QuickBooks. I can see how important this report is to you and I recommend sending feedback about this to our engineers. To do this, click on the Gear icon and navigate to Feedback. We appreciate receiving feedback that helps us improve the product.
