Hello ziadsfeir70-hotm,

Working with the QuickBooks Online mobile app is a great way to keep on top of some of the data you might need to enter on the go. I can clarify the features of the app so you know what tasks you can complete even if you're not in the office.

While there are a variety of things you can accomplish with the QuickBooks Online mobile app, there are some limitations to it. It's designed for simple entry of a few staple transactions, such as sales transactions and expenses, but it doesn't include all functionality of the program like in the browser. Customer statements are among the features that aren't available when working with the mobile app, regardless of whether you've got the iOS or Android app.

To send out statements to your customer, you can use a browser instead and follow the steps here: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online You should even be able to use the mobile browser if you're in a pinch, but otherwise it's best to use the browser on your computer to take care of customer statements.

If this is an important on-the-go feature for you, I invite you to share your feedback. In the iPhone app, you can do so by selecting the (?) icon in the upper right and then App Feedback. You can leave your thoughts there, and they'll be forwarded to the product development team for consideration. Here are a couple of other useful links regarding feedback and product updates.

I hope this has been helpful and that you enjoy your weekend!
