How can I show lowest subaccounts only so reports show only the account name and number with out account and detail type?

You've come to the right place for help. I'll be happy to share more info about running reports using the Chart of Accounts. 

Based on your description, you'll have to filter out the Type and the Detail Type from the report in order to view the info you'd like to view. I'll show you how. From the left navigation menu, click Accounting > Chart of Accounts > Gear icon > uncheck Type and Detail Type. I'll attach a screenshot below for reference:
