Question

How do I change the word "INCOME" and "PROFIT" in the Profit and Loss report? I'd like Income to be renamed "REVENUES" and Profit to be renamed "Excess of Rev over Exp"?

I'd like to change the top line in the Profit and Loss report and the bottom line. Top line is INCOME - and it should say REVENUES and the bottom line should say "Excess (Deficiency) of Revenues over Expenses". Please let me know if this is possible.

It's a pleasure to see you here.  QuickBooks Online enables you to customize reports, so you can view what matters most.  I would be happy to provide some insight here!

 

Although you can select the Edit 📝 beside your report title and give it another name, there currently isn't a way to change the information within the report.  If you would like to see this come available in future updates, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to our Development team, by going to your Settings ⚙ and select Feedback.
