How do I create a report that gives the customer name, phone and email for any customers that purchase a specific product?

Being able to see a snapshot view of your customer's info helps saves time. I'd be happy to share more info on this so you can get back to doing what you enjoy. 

Based on what you've described, I recommend running a Customer Contact List Report. This report shows the customer's name, phone number and email. At this time, this report doesn't show the purchase of a specific product. To view the product related info, I suggest running a Sales by Product/Service report and filtering it by Customer. You can do this by clicking Reports from the left menu > enter the report name Sales by Product/Service. Once you have the report pulled up, click Customize, scroll down to Filter and select the customer in question and run the report.
